DELIVERY TIME
3-5 business days after order confirmation.

COD INSPECTION POLICY
Please carefully inspect your order at the 
time of delivery BEFORE accepting it.
Once you accept a COD delivery, the order 
is considered complete and final.

RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR:
✓ Wrong product delivered
✓ Damaged product upon delivery
✓ Product significantly different from 
  description

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED FOR:
✗ Change of mind
✗ Product already used or opened
✗ No photo/video evidence provided
✗ Report made after 24 hours of delivery

refusals affect our service quality.
